This retreat will focus on attuning to healing energy. Activities will include yoga and meditation along with activities designed to empower participants to utilize their Divine Feminine energy to heal themselves, other people, animals and mother earth. The Ridgetop Spirit Center is located in beautiful Garden Valley, Idaho an hour north of Boise. Each retreat is designed around a theme that we delve into and explore. Retreats kickoff Thursday evenings and run through Sunday mid-day. Retreats include all meals, accommodations, optional yoga and meditation practices, hot spring pool access, creative projects, themed activities and time to relax and enjoy yourself in the mountain environment. Most all dietary and food allergy restrictions and preferences can be accommodated.

I attended the Renew, Reset, and Let Go Retreat in May. The retreat absolutely lived up to its name! As a mom and business owner, it was absolutely amazing to disconnect to reconnect with myself. Sharon provided the perfect balance of thought provoking and spiritual activities along with much needed time to relaxing and wander the beautiful forests. I felt so incredibly spoiled and loved every minute of it. And don’t even get me started on the amazing food! Amber cooked meals that were so clearly filled with love. Each meal nourished my body and soul! And I will confess just not thinking about what anyone else was going to eat was a gift in and of it self. The retreat center is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of trails to explore and wild animals to watch! I can’t wait to go back!
